Financial Aid
Our school understands the difficulties parents are facing during these tough economic times. We are aware of the financial sacrifices many of our families make in order to pay for tuition and related fees and we are more than happy to work with you in addressing your concerns about the financial investment involved in enrolling your child at Wichita Friends School.

In keeping with Quaker tenets, Wichita Friends School wishes to enroll students of all economic backgrounds. Choosing a Wichita Friends School education is an investment in the life of your child.
Financial aid is awarded on a first-come, first-served basis to full-time students and is determined by financial need and the availability of funds for specific programs. Financial need analysis for each family is conducted by an outside company, TADS.

Families applying for financial aid for the 2024-2025 school year will need to complete an application and submit the necessary supporting documentation to TADS for priority consideration by May 31, 2024.
Applications received after the priority deadline will be reviewed as long as funds remain available.

If you are a new family considering Wichita Friends School, you will need to complete a WFS application for admission (available from the WFS office); upon acceptance into our program, you will then complete the TADS application before you will be evaluated for financial assistance.

The following information is required in order for TADS to process your application:

Completed online application.

Payment of the application fee to TADS, $60.00, unless you qualify for a waiver.

Copies of your 2023 tax forms including all supporting tax schedules.*

Copies of your 2023 W-2 form (s) from the household.

Copies of supporting documentation for Social Security Income, Government Assistance Programs and/or any other supporting documents.

*If you plan to file your taxes after the WFS priority deadline of May 31, please contact the Financial Manager to request accommodations. Your file will not be reviewed without supporting tax documentation.
